By opting in to receive SMS messages from Vellanova, you agree to receive recurring marketing, promotional, transactional, and informational text messages from us. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

PAYMENT
All orders must be paid BEFORE they are shipped.
Vellanova DOES NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD), payment upon delivery, payment upon receipt, "pago contra entrega," "pago al recibir," or any other form of payment after an order has been shipped or delivered.
If payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be processed or shipped.
Vellanova accepts the following payment methods:

• Discover
• MasterCard
• Visa
• PayPal
• Gift cards
• Zelle, when available
Vellanova does not accept:
• Personal or certified checks
• Layaway plans
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
Credit and debit card payments may be authorized or charged during the order process. The timing of the charge may depend on the payment method and payment processor.
For your security, your billing information must match the information associated with the payment method used.
Vellanova reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or the order does not meet our payment requirements.
SHIPPING POLICY
Vellanova ships ONLY within the United States.
Vellanova DOES NOT ship to Mexico or to any other country outside the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
If a customer is located outside the United States but has a valid U.S. delivery address, the customer may place an order using that U.S. shipping address.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout.
For the 48 contiguous United States, standard shipping is generally estimated at 7–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside Vellanova's control.
FREE standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $150.
Vellanova primarily uses USPS and UPS. The carrier used for an order may depend on package weight, destination ZIP code, and other shipping considerations.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact Vellanova customer service so that we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact Vellanova promptly so that we can review the issue and available options.
There is NO Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid before shipment.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Because orders may be processed shortly after being placed, Vellanova cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact Vellanova customer service as soon as possible.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, the applicable Return, Warranty & Exchange Policy will apply.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to Vellanova's current Return, Warranty & Exchange Policy.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of many Vellanova products, special return conditions apply to shapewear, underwear, intimate apparel, and other personal-wear items.
A 25% RESTOCKING FEE applies to eligible returned personal or intimate items when a refund is issued.
Products subject to the 25% restocking fee include, but are not limited to:
• Shapewear and fajas
• Underwear
• Bodysuits and body shapers
• Intimate apparel
• Other personal-wear or intimate items
The 25% restocking fee is deducted from the amount otherwise eligible for refund.
Items must meet all applicable return requirements to qualify for a return or refund.
Products that are not eligible for return under Vellanova's Return, Warranty & Exchange Policy will not become eligible merely by paying a restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Vellanova.
Customers should review Vellanova's complete Return, Warranty & Exchange Policy before purchasing.
IMPORTANT: For personal and intimate items, customers should verify the correct size and product before ordering.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Vellanova makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colors, availability, and other product information.
However, colors and appearance may vary depending on a customer's screen or device. Fit may also vary according to body type, measurements, product design, and personal preference.
Vellanova products, including shapewear, body garments, creams, cosmetics, and other personal-care products, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided on Vellanova.com is for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.
Customers with medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy-related concerns, or other health concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a product when necessary.
